This is YOUR session. Speak up!
Why is this so important? If you want anything changed: pressure, areas worked, position or if you are too hot or too cold … speak up!
You will not hurt my feelings by asking for something that will make you more comfortable. I want this to be the best experience for you to relax and enjoy.
You will enjoy your sessions so much more!
How long will the session last?
Relaxing or Therapeutic Energy Massage session is usually 60-90 minutes. If you want a FullBody REJUVENATION Massage_Meditation session it takes 120 minutes. For new clients I add additional 15 min for health consultation free of charge. If you need more time for health consultation you can use for that a massage time or pay $30 for every additional 30 min.
Will the massage be tailored to suit me?
Yes, I will tailor the massage to suit your individual needs and wishes. The level of therapeutic deep tissue OR healing touch varies from client to client and massage to massage, depending on your requirements as a client.
Do I undress completely and are toweling drapes used?
Many of my clients prefer to be nude and un-draped for relaxation and ease of treatment. However, you may choose to keep your underwear on, or be covered by drapes, if this is more comfortable for you. It’s easier for me to work a troublesome area with the skin exposed so that I can feel and manipulate the muscle. Your comfort is most important and you will always have a towel placed over your genitals.
Can I shower before or after my massage therapy?
Generally, it is expected that you will arrive clean and ready for your massage session. There is no a private shower room available. Showering afterwards is usually not necessary as the massage oil is well absorbed by the body – a clean paper-towel is available to wipe off any excess oil.
Do you use natural or scented oils?
The oil I use is a extra virgin organic coconut oil. Coconut oil is antibacterial, antifungal, antimicrobial, and has rich antioxidants to protect and nourish skin. It can be used to moisturize skin to achieve natural glow and beauty, even treating acne. Natural organic oil is usually well absorbed by the body and a paper towel is available if you wish to towel off any excess oil.
Do I have to book well in advance?
Since I am a solo therapist who cannot answer the telephone when working with clients, you always can book your appointment on-line. You can select your massage choice and book your session on an available day and time which suits you. Generally, appointments require at least 4 hours notice, but if you are able to reach me by phone and an appointment is available sooner, then this can be arranged. As some clients do not wish to receive return calls, I will only return your call if you have left a voice message indicating that you wish me to get in contact.
Can I have a free massage?
Yes, you can!
1- Is it your birthday? Yes… you can get a FREE massage if you had at least three massage session with me within six months! (ID must be present)

Would I benefit from a Longer massage session?
If you wish a Full Body Holistic Rejuvenation Massage can be arranged for two hours. Holistic Full Body Massage is a way to Heal the Body from Head to Foot. Holistic massage is a kind of massage therapy that treats the entire body. Its name comes from the word “holos,” which is the Greek word for “whole.” While this simple definition may bring to mind the idea of a whole body massage, holistic massage does much more than that. Longer then 2 hours massage and/or consultation sessions are also available.

What are my options if I am late?
First of all if you feel you are going to be late you must call and tell me about that. The Rule of Thump: you may be late at your own expense. That means your appointment starts at designated time and if you come late you have less time for your session. If I have free time after your scheduled session you can ask me to extend your session for an additional fee.
What if I can’t keep an appointment that I made?
A. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment not less than 4 hour prior to the start time. If you did not cancel or reschedule your appointment and did not show up, there will be a $40 fee in order to remain in good standing with any my services.
When a massage isn’t beneficial?
This may seem obvious, but people sometimes seek massage when they are fighting a cold, dealing with an internal infection, or even just suffering from a bad headache. It may change the way I work or decide it is not in the best interest of the client to work in some situations.
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, I ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well being as well as the health of me and clients. Receiving a massage when you are sick in acute stages is not advised.
While in the early and acute stages of a cold, the flu or other illness, a massage can accelerate the onset of the infection and intensify its severity (via additional circulation of blood & lymph). If you get a massage after the infection has peaked, you may experience a relapse of symptoms and feel sick again. Please wait until you have been well for at least a week before getting your massage. If you do need to cancel your appointment, please call me as soon as possible and I will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a time when you are feeling better.
Please inform me at time of scheduling of any health conditions, allergies, special needs or concerns you have. Your safety is important to me & some services may not be appropriate for certain conditions.
Do you have any skin conditions?
Again this may seem obvious, but it is amazing how often people forget about that mysterious rash on their abdomen until they are on the table.
Obviously, if you have an active contagious skin condition (herpes, boils, impetigo or any purulent rashes) anywhere on your body, then massage is NOT be your choice for today.
If you have a chronic, non-contagious skin condition (eczema, psoriasis, any allergic reactions), then only your therapist can make appropriate adjustments.
But if your condition is undiagnosed, or if you are in the process of treatment, your therapist is at risk for three bad things: spreading a rash further on you; spreading a rash on the therapist; or spreading a rash to another client. Even if your undiagnosed rash or contagious lesion is in an area that the therapist doesn’t touch, it is urgently important to share that information BEFORE a session with me for safety reasons.
According to the industry standards and to my own policy I can reject any service or a part of service to my client without any refunds if the health condition of the client before or during the session could present a danger to me, to the client or to my next clients (such as heart, breathing or mental problems, infection diseases, skin infections, any rash, open wounds etc.).
What if I get an erection during my massage?
Sometimes it happens. Yet, most men avoid massage for fear this will happen to them. Or, they get a massage but are unable to relax because of this fear. But there is no reason to be embarrassed.
Sometimes men get an erection during a non-sexual, therapeutic, full body massage. Touch administered to any part of the body can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which can result in a partial or complete erection.
I am professional massage therapist and understand this and it will not be an issue for me. If you are still concerned, I recommend wearing more fitted underwear (briefs or boxer briefs) which provide more support than traditional boxers.
Note: If I feel that the session has turned sexual for the client, male or female, I may stop the session to clarify the client’s intent, and may decide to end the session immediately.
